3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment available in Brooklyn near Eastern Parkway this is a very convenient location for those who are working in the lower east side Financial District. The apartment is located on the 6 floor of a prewar building with elevator and buzzer/ intercom system. When you enter the apartment you are near the livingroom. The livingroom is fully furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, pillows, live plants and 2 large windows that bring in a lot of sunshine and comfort to the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern household appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave and sink. There are overhead cabinets for storage and a window making the kitchen airy. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower, tub and sink and window. The other bathroom has a WC, sink and window.
Bedroom 1 is the back bedroom. It is furnished with a bed and bookshelf. The bed is decorated with pink flower bed sheet. The room has a large window and a closet. The room has cable and internet access. There is also an air-conditioner and a phone jack in the room you can connect your own phone line.
Bedroom 2 is the middle bedroom The room is furnished with a bed, a bookshelf, a large 3-door armoire with many drawers and a desk placed nicely near the window so you can study. There are 2 windows making the room bright. The room has internet and cable access, as well as an a/c. There is TV. There is also a phone jack in the room you can connect your own phone line. You have to walk through bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 1.
Separated from Manhattan Island by the East River, Brooklyn is on of the five boroughs that together make up the city of New York. The apartment is located in an area known as Eastern Parkway. On Washington Avenue you can find all kind of stores: delis supermarkets. You can find the Brooklyn Museum at 5 minutes walk where every first Saturday of the month there is free admission to art exhibits and dance. The great Grand Army Plaza is also nearby where so many movies such as Rockie and When Harry met Sally were filmed and the largest library. Not too far you also have the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens where there are flowers and plants from all over the world. So do not forget everything you can see in Brooklyn such as Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza, Brooklyn Museum and the Botanicals Gardens.
2,3,4,5 trains to Eastern Pkway train station
takes you to Lower Manhattan in 15 minutes so if you work in the Wall Street area this is the place for you
