Spacious Room in Postwar Building with Doorman

Cortelyou & Westminster Roads near East 12th Streets
2 bedroom apartment measuring approximately 800 square feet and is located on the 7 floor of this beautiful postwar building with doorman, elevator and laundry facilities in the building. There is also a swimming pool in the basement and the main lobby is beautiful. There is a live large fish tank decorating the main entrance and armchairs for those waiting in the lobby. There are sporadic plants decorating the main hall. The building is very clean.
When you enter the apartment covered in hardwood floors, you are immediately in the livingroom. The livingroom measures over 200 square feet and is fully furnished with brown leather sofa and armchair. There is a glass coffee table in the middle of the room and a TV with cable. The environment is very comfortable and cozy. Past the livingroom is the bedroom for rent.
The spacious bedroom one measures approximately 150 square feet and is lightly furnished with a double size bed and a fabric closet. There is a very large window in the room making the room bright and airy giving you a view of the neighborhood. The room has an air-conditioner for the summer months.
Bedroom two measures approximately 110 feet and is also lightly furnished with a double bed, closet and dresser. The room is facing the street and has an air conditioner for the summer months.
To the right of the entrance is the hallway that leads to the kitchen. To the left of the entrance hallway is the bathroom. The kitchen is modern and is equipped with all household appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, stove with overhead fan, juicer and a microwave. There is a cozy round table that seats about 3 people. There is a sink and white wooden cabinets. The cabinets are beautiful with brass holders. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower, tub and mirrored medicine cabinet.
The neighborhood is primarily residential but you've got only a short hop to Brighton Beach and famous Coney Island beaches-fewer than four stops on the Q or three miles by bike on the Ocean Parkway. The bicycle path, which is the oldest bicycle greenway in America has benches lines along it where besides biking along the parkway you can enjoy jogging along or just taking a nice rest on the benches under the trees. In the summertime both sides of the Prakway fill with people hiding from the sun under the trees. Avenue I and the Brooklyn College campus to the north, Kings Highway to the south, Flatbush Avenue to the east, and Ocean Parkway to the west (tradition has the neighborhood ending at Coney Island Avenue. Although not, strictly speaking, inside Midwood, Brooklyn College's 26-acre campus provides its northern border, along with theaters, lectures, and athletic facilities open to the community. So there are still things to do in Brooklyn.

The express Q has shortened the trip to Union Square in 30 minutes
