Studio with 11-foot ceiling in the Gramercy Park area
Small loft apartment to share, very nice, bright, clean, contemporary styling.

The Sleeping area (with queen size bed) for rent is an open loft with no privacy. Ideally looking for someone with very little belongings. Should like cats as owner has a cat.

Lots of restaurants, bars, shops. A 5 minute walk to Madison Square Park as well as to Union Square.

Conveniently located near subway/bus.
