The apartment is located on 107th Street between Columbus and Manhattan Avenue
The building is a prewar walkup building with a security system. The apartment is on the 2 floor and is covered by hardwood floors. Upon entering you are in the hallway. The bedroom is on the right side followed by the kitchen. The bathroom is far right corner. Passing by the bathroom, you will find the livingroom and another bedroom at the very end.
The bedroom measures 81 square feet and has a Futon bed, window and phone line. The livingroom is furnished with a Sofa, TV, and stereo. The room also has two windows and cable access. The bathroom contains a shower, towel, WC and window. The kitchen is equipped with a Microwave, freezer, toaster and window.
This apartment is located one block from the Central Park. The neighborhood is very residential. You'll find groceries and delis around, and a lot of restaurants around Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.
1, 9, B and C lines to 110th Street, Cathedral Parkway.
