Bedroom to rent near Baruch Collage
|
The apartment for share is located on the second floor of a well-kept building equipped with a buzzer/intercom system. It also contains a laundry room, which the occupants of the building share.
Upon entering the apartment, there is a small hallway that leads to each of the rooms. On the left is the room for share and on the right are the kitchen and the living room that has been converted into a bedroom. The owner occupies this bedroom. The tenant has no access to this room.
The open kitchen is equipped with a sink, a stove, a microwave, a sofa bed, and a bistro table with chairs.
The tenant's bedroom is located on the opposite side of the apartment. The door to this room has a lock; a set of keys will be provided to the tenant. The bedroom is fully furnished with a single-sized bed, a closet, plenty of drawers, and an air conditioner.
The bathroom to be shared is situated in the middle of the apartment near the entrance. The white tiled bathroom has a window and is equipped with a sink, a shower with a bathtub, a toilet, and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
This apartment is in an excellent location for young professionals or students. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential. On Third Avenue there are many 24-hour delis, restaurants, pharmacies, and a movie theater. The City of New York University-Baruch College and its student library are located just around the corner from the apartment. Furthermore, Madison Square Park is located just two blocks west of the apartment; this is a community gathering place throughout the year.
The apartment is also located three short blocks from the 6 train on 28th Street and Park Avenue.
