Location: EAST VILLAGE
Size: 650 Square Foot One Bedroom rentals facing the Park.
Building: Prewar, on the 1st floor walk-up with an intercom security system and a laundry facility in the apartment.
This spacious room in a one bedroom apartment allows privacy in the heart of the East Village. The converted living room is lightly furnished with a futon sofa bed (there is no other bed or sofa), a chair, a build-in closet and several build-in dressers. There are also build-in shelves on two of the walls. It is equipped with a TV and a VCR and it's possible to ask for cable, phone, and A/C. There is only a curtain separating the "converted living room", which is the room the guest stays in, from the rest of the apartment.
The separate eat in kitchen is fully furnished and is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a freezer, a toaster, a water filter, a coffee maker, a washing machine and a dryer. It has yellow painted walls and a window. There is also a dining table and its three matching chairs.
The bathroom has white and blue tiled wall and blue tiled floors. It has a nice tub with a shower and a jacuzzi, and a toilet. A window brings lots of light into the bathroom.
The East Village has many boutiques, bookstores, cafes, restaurants, dance clubs, and health food stores. The closest subway stop is the L line to 1st Avenue and 14th Street.
