Three bedroom apartment to share located on 172nd street and Broadway on the fifth floor of a prewar building with buzzer / intercom under a video security system. There is also internet access available.
Bedroom 1 is spacious and fully furnished with a queen size bed and three dressers. It has white painted walls, wooden floors, and two windows. It is equipped with cable TV.
Bedroom 2 is also spacious and furnsihed with a queen sized bed. There is a large dresser and 2 closets for storage. The rooms has nice wood floors and two windows facing the neighboring buildings. There is a small refergerator provided in the room. There is also a DVD, and a cable TV. In addition, an A/C could be set up.
From the entrance a long hallway with a nice aquarium leads to the separate kitchen, the three bedrooms and the bathroom. From the hallway you can access the kitchen through a large archway. The brand new kitchen has a window and is equipped with a fridge, a microwave and storage cabinets. The kitchen use is restricted to the microwave and refergerator. no cooking on the stove is allowed.
The bathroom has a white tiled floor and is equipped with a tub/shower and a toilet. It also has a window.
Neighborhood: this is a residential area. You can enjoy a large park a few blocks away and the famous Cloisters. Supermarkets and delis are located on Broadway and St Nicholas Avenue. The Columbia Presbyterian Hospital is nearby as is the George Washington Bridge for those who work in New Jersey. It is also convenient for those working in Midtown Manhattan with only a 20 minute commute.
Transportation: The express A, C, 1 trains on 168th Street.
