Room to rent in a classic Greenpoint Brownstone

This room to rent is located in a beautiful brownstone on one of the nicest blocks of Greenpoint. It is located in the ground floor of the building and features a large garden in the back of the building. The room to rent is the large bedroom in the front of the apartment. The room can come furnished or unfurnished. If it were furnished it would include a dresser and a futon bed. The owner will provide a separate fridge and microwave for the bedroom. The room has two large windows and a large closet. The living room space is opened to the kitchen. The roommate uses this area as her bedroom. During the day the roommate is ok to share the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a washer and dryer, a stove, fridge and small dishwasher. All of the necessary pots, pans, utensils and dishes are provided. Behind the living space is a large garden. The garden is nicely planted and is a space to enjoy a quiet evening. The location of the apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the G train station at Greenpoint Avenue. The neighborhood has increased in popularity in recent years and now has many small cafes, a few restaurants, and small shops along the main streets of Manhattan Avenue and Greenpoint Avenue. The G train makes connections to the 7,E,V,L trains which lead to Manhattan.
