Bedrooms to rent in a Harlem apartment
|
This two-bedroom apartment has two rooms available that can be rented. There is a third room, which is used for storage, but no one sleeps there.
The first bedroom that is available is furnished with a single sized bed, a built-in dresser and a TV with cable. There is one window and a spacious closet.
The second bedroom is a bit large and has a double bed. There is currently a loft bed but there is the possibility of a standard double bed as well. The room also has a TV with cable, a spacious closet and a window.
The bathroom is standard and includes a nice sized bathtub/shower, a w/c and sink with vanity and storage cabinet.
The kitchen is spacious and includes a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The basic pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided. There is a nice marble tiled countertop to work at.
The building has an elevator and laundry facilities.
The location of the apartment is in Harlem and close tot he A,B,C,D express train stop on St. Nicholas Avenue. The commute to mid-town is about 20 minutes. The number 1 train is about a located a bit farther away to the West. There is plenty of shopping on 125th Street and the neighborhood continues to see new construction and renovations as the neighborhood is modernized.
