This apartment is located in the East Village along Second Avenue making it a convenient location to enjoy Greenwich Village, The Lower East Side and The East Village.
The apartment has three small bedrooms and one is available for share. The unit is on the fifth floor of the walk-up building.
The room to rent is fully equipped including a double bed, a hanging rack, a TV with VCR and a dresser. The window faces out to Second Avenue.
The living room has a sofa and dining table. There is an a/c in the window, which provides cooling for the whole apartment.
The bathroom is standard and includes a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The kitchen is a spacious eat-in kitchen with a stove, sink and refrigerator. There is a coffee press, toaster and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The apartment is located in the East Village which is known for its trendy clubs, restaurants and bars. The closest subways are at Aster Place (6 train to Aster Place and R,W trains to 8th Street) and Second Avenue and Houston Street (F,V trains).
