This apartment is located on a block of townhouses along Manhattan Avenue in a walkup building. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large open living room and a shared bathroom.
The room to rent is fully furnished and includes a double sized bed, a desk with computer, a TV with cable, a large closet, a bureau, and a window with A/C.
The shared living room has a dining table, a 2 sofas, a TV with DVD, cable and VCR, a stereo and three large windows facing the street.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The apartment is conveniently located near the A,B,C,D trains at 125th Street. The A,D express trains reach midtown in about 10 minutes. The apartment is also near Columbia University.
