Bedroom to rent near Lincoln Center

This apartment is located in the Upper West Side of Manhattan in a prewar, walk-up building with a security system. The room for rent is available in a 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor.
The apartment has exposed brick in the living room and in bedroom 2. Internet access is available.
The living room has a pair of comfortable sofas, a convertible coffee table /dining table, 2 end tables, a lamp-chandelier, a regular lamp, a TV with stand, as well as several chairs.
The bathroom is tiled in white with storage under the sink, a tub/shower and a toilet.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven and butcher block with storage underneath.
A washing machine is located under the counter and can accommodate small loads. In addition, there are laundry and dry cleaning services across the street.
Bedroom 1 has a full bed, an A/C, a computer, and cable TV. There is an armoire, a mirrored dresser, a cabinet, several bookcases, 2 large nightstands and a closet in the hall for use by the renter.
Bedroom 2 has two windows facing the street, a full bed (it only shows a single), a nightstand, a lamp, an A/C, a bookcase with storage, a cabinet, a dresser and a computer. For entertainment, there is a digital cable television, stereo, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player.
Neighborhood: 1/2 block from Central Park for walking, running, strolling, entertainment activities. 1/2 Block away from Lincoln Center, New York's cultural center, for opera, ballet, New York Philharmonic, etc.
The location is quite convenient. The 1 train is at 66th Street. The A,B,C,D trains are also available at Columbus Circle. There is plenty of shopping on Broadway and many restaurants on Amsterdam and
Columbus Avenues.
The Upper West Side has a variety of restaurants, outdoor cafes, internationally famous food shops, numerous fine clothing stores and boutiques as well as two multiplex cinemas. Many major New York cultural institutions, including, the American Museum of Natural History or the Lincoln Center, are within walking distance.
