Located in Springfield Gardens, which is a section of Jamaica in Queens - a safe and quiet neighborhood that is only minutes away from JFK airport, the rooms to share are located on the second floor of a private house. The owners live on the ground floor and the bedrooms to rent are on the second floor.
Bedroom 1 is fully furnished with a very comfortable bed, spacious closet, dressers and air conditioning.
Bedroom 2 is fully furnished with a very comfortable bed, spacious closet, dressers and air conditioning.
Both bedrooms share one bathroom. Linens and towels are provided.
The ground floor of the house has a spacious foyer with armchairs and a small table. On this floor there is a large kitchen fully equipped with everything necessary. There is also an eating area with a long counter and stools.
This house is perfect for people who want to live near the international airport of JFK, also near shopping malls, restaurants and supermarkets. The house is only blocks away from the Post Office and libraries.
It is convenient for someone who owns a car, because there is plenty parking outside the house.
Manhattan is reacheable by public transportation, such as the Q5 bus from Farmers Boulevard to the subway station Parsons Boulevard where you can take the E train. Another quick way to get into Manhattan is to get on the Long Island Railroad.
