One Bedroom in Harlem

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a pre-war building.
The bedroom for rent is furnished with a double sofa bed, dresser, closet, fan, a small refrigerator and a television with basic channels. Linens are provided.
The living room is furnished with two sofas and a dining table with chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items to cook.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower, W/C and a sink. Towels are provided.
This area of Harlem is very convenient for students who attend Columbia University or City College. The nearest subway stations are at 148th Street and at 145th Street.
