This one bedroom is available in a two bedroom apartment in the East Village.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a dresser, walk-in closet and a flat screen television set with cable channels and DVD player. Linens are provided.
Wireless internet access is available.
The other bedroom is occupied by the owner who lives in the apartment.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, dining table with chairs and desk. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items to cook.
The bathroom is shared with the owner and is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink. Towels are provided.
Right outside the apartment there is a beautiful patio with tables, chairs, plants and trees where you can lounge, eat your meal and rest peacefully. The patio is shared with residents of the building.
The apartment is in the heart of the lively and artistic East Village area of New York City. There are many restaurants, bars, clubs, boutiques and art galleries in this neighborhood. Many building walls are painted with graffiti murals showing the character of this neighborhood. It's the perfect place for people who love the night life and want to have fun in the bohemian East Village. There is subway access at First Avenue and 14th Street as well as Astor Place. There is also a bus service on Avenue A which connects you to Union Square and the West Village.
