The building features large windows and exposed brick in the living room. The living room of this apartment share is fully furnished with a sofa, chairs, coffee table and a dining table. It is decorated in a traditional style with two antique crystal chandeliers, large oriental rug and bookcases lining the exposed brick wall. The room for rent is fully furnished with a full sized bed, chair, end tables, lamps and dresser/armoire. This is a family oriented neighborhood close to lots of great Brooklyn attractions and is a short commute (3 subway stops) to Manhattan. The room for rent is a few blocks away from Prospect Park and Grand Army Plaza. Also nearby is the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, and the Brooklyn Museum. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby including the Park Slope Food Co-op, Tea Lounge and Chip Shop. There is even a 24 hour Key Foods right around the corner.
