New York City in Morning Heights section of Manhattan Broadway between Tiemann Place and La Salle Street.
Three bedroom / one bathroom measuring approximately 750 square feet. This apartment is located on the sixth floor of prewar walk-up building. The front door is kept locked and entry is through an intercom/buzzer system.
When you enter the apartment, the bedroom#1 (pink room) is immediately on your right. Then, you go through a hallway where you can find the bathroom and the kitchen on your right side. At the end, you turn on the right and you access the living room and then the bedroom#2.
Bedroom#1 measures approximately 150 square feet and is furnished with a single size bed, a dresser and a TV with cable.
Bedroom#2 (white room) measures approximately 100 square feet and is furnished with a single size bed, a dresser and a TV with cable. The room is High Speed Internet and cable ready and there is also a phone jack in the room you can have connected. The room has freshly painted white walls and has a window and closet. The drawers under your bed give you extra storage. Air-conditioning and a ceiling fan are also available in this room.
The kitchen is furnished with all household appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, stove and toaster. The bathroom has a WC, shower, tub, sink and vanity. Towels can also be provided on the shelves.
There is internet access and cable available in the apartment, which you can connect at an extra charge.
Neighborhood: Manhattan School of Music and Columbia University are only in a walking distance. You can find a myriad of delis and supermarkets. A Laundromat is just down on the street. Riverside Park is only one block away, where you can enjoy a view of the Hudson River and enjoy walking along the Riverbank. Riverside Park is very nice with its hills going up and down and green trees everywhere. Also not too far from the hustle and bustle of Broadway here you find a large array of stores.
Transportation: subway line 1 is on Broadway/125th street. Buses run on Broadway.
