This apartment is located on 1st Street and 1st Avenue, at the border with the Lower East Side which starts just south on East Houston Street. Be prepared to always have something to do! You can enjoy a show at the Angel Orensanz Center, or enjoy a stroll through Sara D. Roosevelt Park, First Street Garden, Peretz Square or Essex Street Market. If you are a lover of the arts, you cannot miss out on the New Museum (Modern Art) or Tenement Museum. This area is greatly known for its great restaurants; why not try the Meatball Shop during your stay, or Katz Delicatessen. Lastly, if you are a fan of the nightlife, the Lower East Side provides just that - being a great location with lots of bars for you to experience.
