Bedroom to Rent in Clinton
|
The building is in the Clinton section of midtown, and the apartment is located on the fifth floor of a five-story, prewar, walk-up building. The apartment is shotgun style, and is filled with windows.
Entering the apartment, the breakfast nook and entrance cubby is straight ahead. Behind the nook is the owner's art studio. Along the hall, to the right, are the kitchen and the bathroom to share.
The kitchen has a window and comes with a refrigerator/freezer, a stove and a toaster.
Next to the kitchen is the bathroom, which is equipped with a tub/shower, a sink and a WC. Towels are provided.
The room for rent is at the back of the house and is filled with natural light from the three windows. The room is spacious and can be locked for privacy. There is a daybed, a small shelf, an open bookcase, a large chair with side desk, an armoire with two dressers, two closets, a desk with a chair, a fax/printer, a TV with cable, a DVD player and air conditioning. In addition, there is access to a wireless network.
For guests, there is an additional inflatable double mattress available.
THERE ARE TWO CATS AND ONE DOG STAYING IN THE APARTMENT.
There is a cross town bus on 57th street, the C and E subways are at 50th Street and 8th Avenue, the number 1 subway is at Broadway and 57th street and the N, R, and W subways are on 7th Avenue at 49th Street.
