Claremont between LaSalle and Tieman in Morningside Heights
This apartment is located on the fifth floor of a prewar walk-up building. There is a security system with a buzzer/intercom. The apartment is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, measures approximately 800 square feet, and has hardwood floors and white walls.
Bedroom 1 measures 80 square feet and is located near the entrance of the apartment. This room is furnished with a single-size bed, a desk, a chair and many shelves. The room has a window and a closet.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a twin-size bunk bed (with storage space underneath). There is also a built in closet, a cable TV, some shelves, and a chair.
The bathroom has a window, a WC, tub/shower combination, sink and mirrored medicine cabinet.
The separate kitchen has a window, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a stove, a sink, a microwave, and white cabinets.
The living room is 150 square feet and is furnished with a dining table set, cable TV, a VCR, a stereo, and a bookcase.
In the apartment are two cats.
There is wireless Internet access.
This neighborhood is great for young students studying at Columbia University. A half block away is Riverside Park, great for jogging, walking or sitting on the benches looking at the Hudson River. This is also where the national monument, Grant's Tomb, is located. Shopping, restaurants and transportation are all very close by.
Transportation: 1 train on Broadway and 125th Street.
