This is a two bedroom / one bathroom apartment share in Stuyvesant Town, Manhattan, New York. This apartment share is located on the 8th floor of a postwar building with an elevator, laundry facilities in the basement and a buzzer / intercom system. The apartment includes a "dartboard" cabinet, southern exposure allowing lots of light, and a view of the Stuyvesant Oval. The living room which is about 200 square feet is furnished with a futon, an armchair, a lounge table, a large book unit, a TV that only plays DVDs, a round dining table with two chairs, and a large plant . From the living room there is a long corridor which leads to the sleeping area and the bathroom to share. The room for rent has two windows, white walls and wooden floors. It is furnished with a double bed, a desk, bookshelves, a rectangular table and a lamp. Includes internet, NO WIFI must have LAN connection. The beige tiled bathroom is equipped with a sink, a shower with bathtub, a toilet and a mirrored medicine cabinet.The separate kitchen has white Formica storage cabinets, a refrigerator/freezer and a burner stove with an oven. This apartment share is located in the Stuyvesant Town in Manhattan, New York. T It is located near the Stuyvesant Oval and just a short walk to the only Trader Joe's in Manhattan. It is also equidistant between commercial shopping in Union Square and the subculture of shops and restaurants in the East Village. Also close to the apartment is the beautiful walkway along the FDR and the East River, great for runners. A 24 hour guard park surrounds the building. The Village is world famous for esoteric boutiques, bookstores, trendy cafes, ethnic restaurants, nightlife, and health food stores.
