Bedroom To Rent With Private Bathroom.

This two bedroom / two bathroom apartment is located on the 11th floor of a charming prewar building with a part time doorman and laundry facilities in the basement. The entire apartment has hard wood floors and is air-conditioned. It is cozy and very nicely furnished
You enter the apartment through a lobby with green walls, nice lamps, crystal luster, a dresser, bookshelves and a china cabinet. On the left side you can see the living room which has two windows providing lots of light and a nice fireplace with an old framed map of Paris at the top. The living room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs with a large mirror at the top, a coffee table, two French antique chairs, and lots of small antique tables, bookshelves and paintings. From the living room a door leads to the bedroom and the private bathroom of the tenant.
On the right side of the lobby, a hallway leads to the bedroom and the private bathroom to rent. The bedroom of the roommate has gray wall to wall carpeting, crème colored walls, a walk in closet and a window. It is furnished with a single sofa bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a chest used as a coffee table, two dressers, bookshelves, a piano with a large painting at the top, antique chairs, framed pictures, a TV with cable, a VCR, an air conditioning unit, a phone, and a desk with a chair facing the window. Bed linens can be provided.
The white and blue decorated private bathroom is just beside the bedroom of the roommate. It is pretty large and has a window. It is equipped with shower with bathtub, two mirrors, and toilet and medicine cabinet.The dining area is actually the study of the tenant. The separate kitchen to share has a window and is fully furnished with a sink, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.
This apartment is in a very desirable upper class neighborhood. Neighborhood stores such as supermarkets, dry cleaners and green grocers are all nearby.There are also lots of restaurants, boutiques and movie theaters.
Transportation : 6 train on Lexington Avenue and 77th Street.
