Location: Brooklyn, Clinton Hill
Size: This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
Building: This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a loft building. There is an elevator and the front door is kept locked and entry is with your own key, or for visitors there is a closed circuit TV intercom system. There is laundry facilites on every floor in the building.
Interior: The apartment is well lighted with a wall of windows, has a spacious area of approximately 1300 square feet and has a 13 feet high ceiling. The living room is decorated with paintings, a carpet and plants. You will also find a fireplace in the living room. This room is also furnished with a dinning table for four people, two armchairs, a sofa and a color television with many cable channels. Above one portion of the livingroom is a sleeping loft. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. It also has a dining island. The bedroom has a double bed, a large closet, a book shelf, a dresser and locker. There are two bathrooms in the apartment: a full bathroom with tub, sink, toilet and a second one with shower, sink and toilet.
Neighborhood: The area is a mixed neighborhood with turn of the century brownstones and mansions as well as students form Pratt Institute and families from around the world. One can find Caribbean, West African and wonderful Vietnamese restaurants.
Transportation: Train G, Stop Classon Avenue.
