The apartment is located on the East Side in a very quiet neighborhood on 77th Street. The building is a prewar with a buzzer/intercom. The apartment is a fifth floor walk-up. It is a converted 3-bedroom apartment. There is no living room in this apartment. It is bedrooms ONLY, a kitchen and bathroom facilities.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double sized bed, a small table with chair that could be used as a small laptop desk, a dress and TV. There are two windows that face the street.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a double bed, dresser, storage cabinet and TV. There are also two windows facing the street.
Bedroom 3 is where the owner sleeps. The toilet is accessed through the owner's bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The rest of the bathroom (tub/shower and sink) is accessed through the kitchen.
The Upper East Side has many restaurants, bars, shops and more within walking distance. Also, Central Park and Museum Mile and close to the apartment. The closest subway is the 6 train at 77th Street.
