Three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located on the second floor of a private house with buzzer/intercom system and terrace in Sunny Side (Queens). The apartment to share is accessed via stairs. The common space is a large room that includes an open kitchen and a living room. Three windows face the street. The air-conditioned living room is furnished with a sofa, a sofa bed, a dining table with four chairs, a TV with cable and a ceiling fan. From the living room a door leads to the two bedrooms to rent. The front bedroom (bedroom 1) has a window with blue curtains, white walls, a hardwood floor and a large closet. It is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and a TV with cable. The back bedroom (bedroom 2) has hardwood floors, white walls, a closet and a window. It is furnished with a double bed, a desk, a bedside table and a floor lamp. A private phone line is already installed (the tenant must pay to reactivate it). The kitchen is equipped with a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster and many wood cabinets. The white tiled bathroom to share has a sink, a mirrored medicine cabinet, a shower with a bathtub and sliding doors, a toilet and a storage cabinet. The neighborhood is very residential. You can find all kinds of stores two blocks away (delis, supermarkets, laundromats). Transportation: The 7 train at 40th Street station is about 20 minutes from Manhattan. Please note that the owner has a small dog.
