This listing is located in the upper west side of Manhattan. The apartment is on the fourth floor, of a building with a full-time doorman. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms for rent, with a terrace.
The common areas and bedrooms 2 and 3 are air conditioned. The apartment is bright, has wood floors and white walls. Upon entrance to the apartment, there is an open kitchen to the left of the entry hall. The entry-hall has a mirror and a bureau. The pass-through kitchen is fully furnished with a sink, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a large black marble counter and many storage cabinets. The kitchen is facing the first room for rent.
Bedroom 1 with private bathroom are found at the back of the house. It has 3 windows, a couch, a full bed, a t.v., a desk with chair, a bookcase, a side table and bookcase styled hutch. There is a phone jack and full cable set up (included in the rent).
Bedroom 2 is about 11x12 square feet. It has two windows, a full bed, a desk, a bureau, a closet and air-conditioning. There is a phone jack and it is hooked up to basic cable (included with rent). This room can be UNFURNISHED if needed, but it is currently fully furnished.
The bedroom 3 has outside storage on the opposite walls of the room. In addition, there is a pull out desk with chair, an armoire with hangers, a small television, ceiling fan, floor lamp and twin bed. It can get basic channels, with a cable setup at an extra monthly fee and initial set-up fee. There is an internal window into the kitchen area.
The laundry facilities is found in-between the large bedroom with private bath and the seperate bathroom. The laundrey closet has storage and a washer and dryer. The first bathroom has a shower/tub, toilet, Large double mirror with plenty of storage.
The neighborhood is residential and Central Park is a half block away. Also you can find several supermarkets, delis, bars and restaurant on Broadway. It is also right near the 86th street shopping hub, which gives access to gyms, a movie theater, hospitals and well-known retail establishments.
