The building is located on 135th St, only few blocks from Queens Blvd where you can find Drug Stores, first food restraints, Delis and other stores. The building is in a very quiet and residential neighbor. The apartment is 4th floor. It is a two bedroom apartment with a large living room and a separate kitchen. Laundry facilities are in the building.
When you enter the apartment, you will find a nice dining room with a dining table which seats four people. After passing the Dining room you will see a large living room with big leather sofas facing big screen TV. Audio systems are right next to the TV. The living room has a window and is hard wood floor.
On the right side of dining kitchen, a hallway lead you to the spacious separate kitchen. Across the livingroom, there is a bright bathroom on the right side and fully furnished bedroom on the left side.
Bedroom is bright and spacious with hardwood floors and a queen-size bed, TV, Window, closet, desk and computer. The room is decorated very nicely. Cable is ready in the bedroom.
The neighborhood is quiet and convenient for transportation and grocery shopping. The area is friendly, nice and residential. On the Queens Blvd, you will find Kinkos, Dunking Donuts, Subway, Duran Reads/ CVS, banks, and more. Forest park and Flushing Weadows Corona park are not far from the apartment.
