The building is located on 135th St, only few blocks from Queens Blvd where you can find Drug Stores, first food restraints, Delis and other stores. The building is in a very quiet and residential neighbor. The apartment is 4th floor. It is a two bedroom apartment with a large living room and a separate kitchen. When you enter the apartment, you will find a nice dining room with a dining table which seats four people. On the Queens Blvd, you will find Kinkos, Dunking Donuts, Subway, Duran Reads/ CVS, banks, and more. Forest park and Flushing Weadows Corona park are not far from the apartment.
