Nice two bedroom to share in Greenwich Village.

This nice Greenwich Village aparment is located on 5th Avenue between Eighth Avenue and Washington Square.
It is about 1200 square feet 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom located on the 6th floor of a luxurious high-rise building. There is a 24-hour doorman and elevator access, laundry facilities in the basement. The door opens to a spacious lavishing apartment. The living area (410 sq ft) is well decorated, fully furnished with a modern and antique touch and that makes it very unique and warm. There is a sofa, two armchairs, wood floor with oriental carpets, antique dresser with flowers and antique plats, many beautiful paintings, windows and a beautiful antique sewing machine. Next to the entrance there is a 4 seats table well sited with beautiful paintings. The apartment is full of life and likeable.
The room which is 11x18 is fully furnished with a singl bed, TV, VCR, cable (Time Warner), a desk with chair, wood floor with a carpet, a chair between a window and a terrace. It is very emitting. The roommate will have access to a private closet next to the entrance. The bedroom has a large window and a glass door opening on a charming terrace (70 sq ft) overlooking West 8th Street. The bedroom has A/C, as well as the rest of the apartment. The bathroom is a full-size bath and the tenant had added a personal touch. The kitchen is a fully equipped with dishwasher and very clean.
The neighborhood is residential and nice. There is a Washington square monument next to the building. The next block is very much alive with restaurants, bars, Movie Theater, shopping area, fast food restaurants and NYU is one block away. There is a great gourmet and health food stores in the neighborhood. The train station is only 2 or 3 blocks away (A, C, E, F, V, S trains at W4th Street and 1, 2 trains at Christopher Street).
