Bright bedroom to rent in the West Village
|
Charming two bedroom / one bathroom apartment to share on the Second Floor of a walk-up building with buzzer system in the heart of the West Village's 8th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenue. Laundry facilities are in the apartment.
When you enter the apartment you can see the living room to share. It is about 22x14 square feet; it has light gray painting walls, hard wood floor and a working fireplace. It is furnished with a sofa, a daybed, a coffee table, a small wood round table with two chairs, a book unit, a TV with cable, a VCR, a stereo, nice framed pictures and a large walking closet to share.
The bedroom to rent is about 10x8 square feet. It has a window facing north (providing a lot of light), white walls and crème vinyl floor. It is furnished with a single bed with drawers at the bottom, a chair, a bedside table with a small lamp at the top, bookshelves, a carpet and a phone (local service already set). You have access to this bedroom through the kitchen.
The kitchen to share is equipped with a sink, a stove, a fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster, storage cabinets, shelves and a washer / dryer.
The blue tiled bathroom to share has a sink, a shower with bathtub, a toilet, a mirrored medicine cabinet and a storage cabinet.
Greenwich Village, one of the most lively and picturesque areas of Manhattan. It has always been a vibrant, thriving and exciting place. Washington Square Park that is nearby is famous for its chess players and musicians, its poets and performers. New York University in a walking distance away is nearby making this area a "college town" of sorts. It is also a famous area for jazz clubs, nightclubs and bars, restaurants and specialty stores. Laundry facilities are nearby. Public transportation is very convenient.
