This white brick faced building is essentially located in Midtown and is very secure with a buzzer/ intercom system. The building is very clean with carpeted floors and the apartment is conveniently located on the first floor. When you come in, a few feet away is the apartment to your left.
When you go in to your right is the bedroom and to your left past the kitchen is the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all household appliances (refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave and sink). The kitchen has wooden cabinets over the refrigerator and sink. At the entrance to the living room there is a table with a computer with Internet access. Four dark peach curtains separate the living room from the kitchen.
The living room is air-conditioned and is furnished with a TV, a wooden cabinet, a hanging rack, and light. The bed is a convertible futon that turns into a single sized bed.
The bedroom is equipped to sleep 2 people (dormitory style); the bed on the main floor is the owner’s bed. Up four stairs is the bed for rent in the loft space. The loft has a full sized mattress in the area. There are plenty of shelves up there for books and magazines. Below the loft is a large walk in closet. There is room for all sorts of clothes. Also on the lower level is a TV with VCR and a desk area to be shared with the roommate.
The bathroom is located between the bedroom and the living room. It has a WC, sink, shower/bath and a window.
As soon as you step out of your door you are in the action of Manhattan life. Across the street there is a restaurant with soft lights and walking a few feet southbound you are surrounded by everything you need such as grocery stores, Laundromats, theatres, places to dance, a gym just down the street and so much more that offer you the New York experience. If you walk about 8 – 10 blocks down you are in Times Square. This is a very chic and happy neighborhood. This neighborhood is considered the Theatre District.
