This 3 bedroom apartment, where two bedrooms are for rent, is located in West Village, on Washington Street, corner of Perry Street. It is a lovely neighborhood. The nearest subway is the 1 at Christopher Street, at 5 minutes walk. The building is modern, with laundry facilities and a large stair case, security system at the entrance, clean and well maintained. The apartment is on the second floor.
