Spacious apartment to share just blocks from Central Park

This 3 bedroom apartment is located on 98th Street, between Broadway and West End Avenue, in Upper West Side. The building is a large prewar of 15 floors, with full time doorman, elevator, laundry in the basement. The apartment is on the 9th floor. It is a large classic apartment, with hardwood floors and a lot of windows. There is a separate kitchen and full bathroom. It is quiet, bright with South exposure, clean.
Bedroom #1 is on the right of the hallway upon entering the apartment. It is a large room, similar to a studio, 240 square feet, full furnished with a twin size bed, TV with cable, a queen-size sofa bed, a desk and chair, a bureau, a wardrobe and dresser, a bookcase. There is a phone line and a voicemail at your disposal. Air conditioner is here. 2 windows giving the room plenty of sunshine.
Bedroom#2 is furnished with a queen size bed with a beautiful wooden frame, a bookcase, dresser and bureau. It also has 2 windows, air conditioning and a phone jack. It is 13x15 square feet.
Bedroom#3 is the master bedroom and is not photographed.
The living room is on the left side of the hallway. It is 200 square feet, furnished with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, a dining table, a cable TV with VCR and stereo. The separate kitchen is off the living room. It is a spacious kitchen, with large tiles, equipped with microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, a window, gas stove, large white cabinets. You can eat in the dining table in the living room. The bathroom is at the end of a corridor, departing from the hallway. It is tiles and aerated by a window. It has a large tub, a sink, a medicine cabinet and a WC.
The neighborhood is convenient for transportation and shopping. Proximity of Broadway for groceries and supermarkets is great. With Central Park a half a block away you have many options of how to pass time. You have a choice of using the swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and baseball fields. In the winter the lake freezes over and you can ice-skate. The block where the apartment is located is charming with trees and a mixture of high buildings and brownstones. Restaraunts for all ethnicity, delis, and grocery stores nearby. The area is friendly, nice and residential.
The subway station is 1 block away on the 96th Street station for the B-C line, and 3 blocks away for the express 2-3 and local 1 on 96th Street and Broadway.
