This 1 bedroom apartment is located on 51st Street, close to the corner of 9th Avenue in Midtown West.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a prewar building, walk-up, very well maintained. Laundry facilities are on the next building, in which you can have access. Entry into the building is by buzzer/ intercom system and key only. When you enter the apartment to your right is the livingroom and to the left is the bedroom for rent.
The bedroom for rent is on the left in the corridor measures approximately 144 square feet, more long than large, with one window facing another building. The room was recently painted a soft lilac color making the room feel comfortable. The room is furnished with a twin size bed and a rack for the clothes with some shelves and an air-conditioner for the summertime. Your room also has a phone jack.
Wireless internet is available.
Right next to your room is the bathroom. The bathroom is clean with brown tiled walls and has a WC, shower, tub and sink. Down the hall is the kitchen then you enter the livingroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave and sink. There are cabinets for storage and the cooking utensils are also shared. The livingroom measures approximately 200 square feet and is separated from the kitchen or closed off by a black Japanese screen and a bookcase.
In this neighborhood, you have everything at walking distance. Electronic Stores, hardware stores, paint stores, grocery stores, an Amish Market, Laundromats, Dry Cleaners, Restaraunts for all diverse eating (Chinese, Japanese, Indian Cuisine, Mexican, Brazilian, French, Italian) anything you want just at walking distance.
Trains are also conveniently 2 blocks away C, E trains to 50 Street & 8 Avenue
