Large unfurnished room with patio in Midtown West
|
This 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located on 54th Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues, in Midtown West. It is 3.5 blocks from the E, B-D at 7th Avenue and 5 blocks from the C-E trains at 50th Street. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but close to the buzz of the city and at walking distance from the theatres, and all the business center of the city.
The building is postwar with intercom system. The apartment is a duplex on the first floor and basement. The two bedrooms for rent are in the basement with windows with a charming very large private patio and a marble bathroom. The apartment is spacious and clean, with wood floors, nice furniture, bay windows on the patio. It is 1400 square feet, and has laundry facilities in the apartment.
The bedrooms for rent can be furnished or unfurnished, 176 square feet (11x16). There are A/C, wireless internet and cable plug available. Large closet space is available in the room. A huge window provides the room a lot of light.
The large living room, 312 square feet (12x26) is modernly furnished with a dining table near the open kitchen, a sofa, cable TV equipped with VCR, a stereo system. The windows open on the patio, with garden table and lounge chairs. The kitchen, open by a counter on the living room, has microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, gas stove and an eating table.
