Bedroom to rent in Chelsea

Building: High-rise on the 2nd floor with a balcony. There is an elevator and a full time doorman.
The living room of the apartment has a desk, sofa and TV with cable. The room is air conditioner and has access to the front balcony.
The first bedroom has a loft bed, a sofa, a desk with Internet access, private incoming phone line and two windows viewing the street. The bed is two single sized mattresses, which can be slid together to make one large mattress.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double-size bed, a soda and has two windows brigthening the space. It has also a private bathroom with a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.
The separate eat-in Kitchen opens on one side to the living room, featuring beige cabinets and cupboards for storage. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator / freezer, stove, toaster, coffee maker/expresso and microwave. Dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided.
There is a dog in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed.
Neighborhood: Everything is within walking distance. There are nightclubs, coffeehouses, bars, restaurants and off-Broadway theaters.
Closet subway: The 1 line to 23rd Street and Seventh Avenue.
