Large bedroom with private bathroom in a doorman building
|
Three bedroom / three bathroom apartment to share on the 12th floor of a high-rise building with full time doorman, elevator and laundry facilities in the basement on 88th Street between York Avenue and First Avenue. In this apartment the roommate will have a large bedroom and a private bathroom. Owner uses one room for herself. The third room is for the office use.
You enter the apartment through a small hallway leading to a large living room. On your right a door leads to the bedroom for rent. To access the roommate's bedroom you have to cross a small room giving access to the private bathroom and a large walk in closet. The air-conditioned bedroom has two windows facing a nice view of Manhattan, dark painted walls and gray wall to wall carpet. It is furnished with a single bed, a low table, a chair, a small metallic cabinet, a large black entertainment unit with TV with cable, a portable CD player, a large paintings, storage cabinet and shelves. Internet access is available. The white tiled private bathroom has a sink, a shower, a toilet and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
The living room has four windows facing North and is furnished with a large dresser with two lamps, a desk, a large corner sofa, a coffee table, two nice antique chairs, a wall of mirrors, an oval dining table with four chairs and some pieces of Art.
From the dining space you can access the kitchen to share. It is equipped with a sink, a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, storage cabinets, and a gray marble counter.
This is a residential neighborhood of apartment buildings. The cross-town bus runs along 86th Street, the uptown bus is on Third Avenue and the downtown bus is on Second Avenue. The subway is located on Lexington Avenue and 86th Street (4, 5, 6 local and express trains). There is good shopping in the area, many restaurants, deliveries, some movie theaters and gym nearby.
