Large furnished bedroom in a beautiful two bedroom in Queens.

This apartment is located in Rego Park, a residential, clean and quiet area of Queens, at the border of Forest Hills. The apartment is on 66th Avenue, between Booth and Saunders streets, just 2 blocks from the subway station (V-R-G trains local at 67th Avenue). You can take the express F-E to Roosevelt Avenue or Forest Hills and then change to the local. The R and V locals are frequent and fast. It is 30 minutes from Midtown. For shopping, you will find everything in the surroundings. There is a large stores, restaurants and theatres area in Forest Hills, on Austin street (5 minutes walk).
The building is a large prewar brick construction, with elevator, 6 floors high. It has a good maintenance, and also has laundry facilities in the basement.
The apartment is on the 5th floor. It is a 2 bedroom, with clean wood floors, large windows with good afternoon light (West exposure). Upon entering you are in a hallway-dining room, furnished with a dining table, open by a big arch in the spacious living room. The room is furnished with a sofa, a TV, with VCR, stereo, a desk with computer, a book unit. There is also an A/C unit upon request.
A corridor goes from the dining room to the bedroom for rent at the end of the apartment. On the left, you find the kitchen, equipped with fridge, nice stove, microwave, percolator, toaster, mixer, and various appliances.
The bathroom is also on the left of the corridor. It is large and nicely tiled, with a window, a tub, a sink, mirror and toilet. It is a pretty bathroom.
The bedroom for rent is lightly furnished with a queen size bed, a dresser, a night stand with a nice lamp. There is a large closet. The room has 2 large windows, on different directions. The bed and bath linens are provided.
