Four bedroom / one bathroom apartment located on the 4th floor of a walk-up building with buzzer/intercom system on 8th Street between 7th and 8th Avenue. The building is located in a nice tree lined street of Park Slope with many Brownstones. The whole apartment has white walls and brand-new hard wood floors.
When you enter the apartment you can see a long corridor passing by each room and leading to the living room.The air-conditioned living room about 400 square feet has two windows and is furnished with a sofa, a piano, a dresser, a TV, a VCR, a portable cassette and CD player, paintings and a phone.
From the living room a small archway leads to the separate eat in the kitchen. This kitchen has a window and marble style tiles. It is equipped with a sink, a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a counter, many storage cabinets and a table seating three.
Bedroom 1 is about 12x12 square feet with a large window. Furnished with a twin loft bed with side
shelf, antique wardrobe closet, dresser, computer desk and book shelf. Very light and airy. There are two large closets in the hallway that the roommate will share with one other person.
Bedroom 2 is very large about 20x20 square feet with four large windows, high ceilings and a large built in mirror. The room is furnished w/ a queen size bed. book shelf and table. There is also a built in closet.
Bedroom 3 is about 8x10 and has a single bed, a window, a garment rack and a trunk that can be used as a night stand. Two huge closets, available to share for this room, are in the putside hallway.
Bedroom 4 (144 sqf) has a window and gets direct sunlight. The room is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and lamp, work table and chair and a chest of drawers. There is an extra large closet outside the room in the hallway. This is shared with one other tenant.
There is wifi internet throughout this apartment.
The bathroom to share has a window and marble style tiles. It is equipped with a sink, a shower with bathtub, a toilet and a mirrored medicine cabinet.
Transportation: F train at 7th Avenue (about 20 minutes from Manhattan). The F train stop is directly around the corner from apartment building.
Separated from Manhattan Island by the East River, Brooklyn is one of the five boroughs that together make up the city of New York. The Park Slope neighborhood is one of tree-lined streets with brownstone houses. Seventh Avenue is the main shopping street where you can find everyday necessities, many cafes, bookstores and great restaurants. The famous Prospect Park is just one block away.
