Large apartment for share in Murray Hill
This apartment is located on 35th street between Madison and Park Avenue in Murray Hill. The location is excellent, steps from 34th street, then Empire state Building, the business heart of the city. Close to Grand Central, 5th avenue, etc. The neighborhood is very residential with beautiful brownstones or luxury high-rises.

The building is a postwar construction of orange brick, very nice, and it has a full time doorman, 2 elevators and laundry facilities in the basement. The apartment is on the 5th floor.

The apartment is a large 1 bedroom of 800 square feet, with carpet on the floor, southern exposure, facing the street, terrace, view on the Empire State Building. There is a space for rent off the living room, separated with screenings, and a separate and private large bedroom, plus a separate kitchen and bathroom. It is clean.

Upon entering, you are in the living room. The kitchen and bathroom are off the living room. The bedroom is on the back of the apartment.

The living room is modernly furnished with comfortable sofas, coffee table, a dining table/desk in front of the large bay windows, another desk/shelves area against the wall. Behind the screenings, a futon bed (double) is set and provides a sleeping space for 1 person. It has windows facing West and terrace. It is cozy and private. The 2 closets and shelves in the living room can be used by the roommate. The room is also equipped with air conditioning as the whole apartment, cable TV, and there is a phone line, private, ready.

The bedroom in the back is very large (170 square feet) and fully furnished with a queen size bed, large bay windows, very bright, facing North, air conditioning, phone ready (private line), cable TV, 3 closets, dresser.

The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, and toaster. The bathroom for share has tub and toilet, sink.

A maid is coming twice a month to clean the apartment.
