Large furnished room in Midtown East
|
This apartment is located on 58th Street, between 3rd and 2nd Avenue in Midtown East. This is a very animated and exciting area, with a lot of high-rise buildings, a lot of stores, clubs and restaurants. The area is residential and very nice. You find the department store Bloomingdale 1 block away and the subway station on 59th Street and Lexington (4-5-6, N-R-W lines).
The building has doorman, elevator and laundry facilities. It is a nice building, modern, very clean, with 14 floors. The apartment is on the 11th floor. The apartment is a 2 bedroom that provides full privacy to both roommates. It is a beautiful place, with white walls, wood floors, a lot of light with North and West exposure, good closet space. The kitchen has cabinets, refrigerator, freezer, stove, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom has a WC, shower, tub and pedestal sink.
Upon entering, you are in a lovely hallway. The kitchen is on the left. The bedroom is on the right. The bedroom measures 144 square feet and is fully furnished. The room is nicely decorated. There is a queen size bed, desk, dresser, cable TV, VCR, book unit, night table and a walk-in closet, huge. There is a large bay window. The room is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. The bed and bath linens can be provided. The room is completely private.
