Large 3 bedroom to share in Park Slope South
|
This three bedroom artists loft located in South Park Slope has lots of space since the tenant is an artist.
There are two bedrooms available on the 1st fllor of the apartment while the renter has seperate quarters upstairs.
The first bedroom available is about 175 spare feet in size and is furnished with a full sized bed, a large closet space, and a dresser. There is a window looking out to the side yard.
The second bedroom is smaller about 100 sqaure feet. There is a twin bed, a dresser and a small closet. There is a one window and a ceiling fan.
Both bedrooms have wood floors.
The living room is large, about 800 square feet. It is furnished with a sectional sofa, a dining table for 4 and a sterio system. The look of the room is eclectic. There are bookcaes with assorted books, artifacts and art. The room has an open kitchen attached that has a stove, dishwasher and refergerator plus all the necessary dishes, utecils, pots and pans. The room is used by the owner and his dog and therefore tends to have a bit of dog hair around.
The entry area is through a small office that serves as the dogs bording area.
The apartment is located in Park Slope South. The neighborhood has developed into a popular area for those looking for the beautifal residences of Park Slope but at a lower costs. The R train runs down 4th avenue and stops about 5 minutes away from the apartment.
