Quiet residential house in the Borough Park area
|
The home is located in the Kensington section of Brooklyn, on East 7 Street between Ditmas Avenue and 18th Avenue. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, and there is a shopping hub on Ditmas Avenue. Ditmas Avenue has restaurants, grocery stores, laundrey centers and a cleaners on Ditmas Ave. The location is really convenient for people working in downtown Manhattan or in Brooklyn, with Brooklyn College and various hospitals being only a short distance away.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a townhouse and is fully furnished and has four bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a large living room with crown molding, beautiful hardwood floors and two windows. In one section is the living area, which has a sofa, a glass and wooden coffee table with a matching sofa table, and a glass-top end table. In the second section, there is a glass- top, wooden dining table, with two mirrored panels behind it.
There is a spacious eat-in kitchen, with wood cabinets, a large pantry armoire and a wooden dining set. The kitchen has a window and cream tile floors. THe smaller appliances include a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. The bathroom is situated behind the kitchen, and contains a bathtub and shower, a sink with storage, a WC, and a window.
The bedrooms can be rented for the short term (2 weeks) or long term, and guests receive a continental breakfast.
Bedroom #1 has one window, wood floors and white walls. It is fully furnished with a twin bed, a 6-drawer dresser with a mirror, a TV and a stereo. There is a night stand with a lamp, a desk with a leather chair and a side chair. There is wireless cable and internet (included in the rent), an air conditioner ( and a ceiling fan. For storage there is a closet and storage boxes under the bed.
Bedroom #2 has one window, wood floors and white walls. It is fully furnished with a twin bed, a nighstand with lamp, a rug, a three drawer dresser and lamp, a side chair and a desk with floor lamp and leather chair. There is wireless internet and a air conditioner . Bedroom 2 is cable ready, and that service can be provided for those renting six months or longer.
Bedroom #4 is twice the size of bedroom one and has a lovely terrace (for use by all renters). It has white walls accented by a mirrored wall, two windows and wood floors. It is fully furnished with a full bed, a small nightstand with lamp, a glass-top end table, a wingback armchair. There is a 6-drawer dresser with a t.v. and lamp. There is wireless cable and internet (included in the rent), a air conditioner and a ceiling fan.
A small dog lives in the apartment with the owner. The dog is part of this house.
