Two bedroom loft in the East Village

The apartment is 1000 sq. feet, in a pre-war coop building. It has hardwood floors, exposed brick, very bright with eleven windows of northern, southern, eastern and western exposures. It has beautiful views of Tompkins Square Park and the Empire State Building.
The living room has a built-in bookcase, a decorative wood burning stove, which can be used for storage and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is open into the living room and has imported Italian tile on the floor and counter top. It is equipped with new refrigerator and stove.
The bathroom is fully tiled with imported Italian glass and ceramic tile. It is equipped with large capacity washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a built-in closet, windows and a ceiling fan. It's big enough to divide it into two spaces and create another bedroom or an office.
In reality these are two apartments combined into one. Therefore there are 2 entrance doors into the apartment.

The East Village is known for its bohemian and vibrant athmosphere. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, bars, clubs, boutiques and art galleries. There is subway access at First Avenue and Houston Street, at 14th Street and at Astor Place. There is also a bus service on Avenue A which connects the East Village to Union Square and the West Village.
