The building is secured with a buzzer and intercom system. This studio apartment to rent with a separate sleeping loft includes a bright atmosphere and air conditioning. The mini loft is approximately 600 SF with about 13 foot ceilings with white painted hard wood floors throughout. The apartment is ideal for a couple or one person.
