The apartment was great. It was warm, conveniently located, decorated well and comfortable and clean. We had no problems at all.

We had a wonderful stay in New York in November. Our host was a very pleasant, gracious and obliging landlady. Her apartment was very clean, well equipped and ideal for our needs. Coming from a quiet semi-rural neighbourhood I expected a certain amount of city noise at night and brought ear plugs to help me sleep. I used them as I slept on the (very comfortable) sofa-bed at the front of the apartment and had no problem sleeping soundly. My grown-up sons slept well in the quieter back of the apartment. The bathroom suited us fine but, as it is tiny, it might be a problem for large potential clients.
We felt safe and comfortable during our stay, and would have no problem recommending the apartment to anyone.

My stay at the apartment we rented was excellent thank you very much, and we found the location to be a great advantage to us. The owner was very helpful and made our stay a pleasure.

The apartment was very much like a home from home with a lot more space than a hotel room could offer at a much better price. The place was clean and well furnished and there was lots of interesting art and books to peruse. The owner and her sister were very helpful and obliging
