One bedroom in a highrise in the Yorkville section of the Upper East Side
|
This one bedroom apartment in Yorkville is located in a modern high-rise building. There is a 24-hour doorman and a full laundry facility.
The apartment is nicely furnished with antique furniture and includes great views to the West from its 20th story windows.
The entry to the apartment is to the large living room. It is furnished with a dining table which can seat 6, a queen sized pullout sofa, and a Large screen TV. The TV is connected to cable, a DVD player and a VCR. There is not a phone. The living room has a large panoramic window facing out to the west.
The bedroom is just off of the living room. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed, an additional TV and a VCR. There is a large dresser, which will have some space available init. There will either be closet space in the bedroom or hallway.
The bathroom is located next to the bathroom in the passageway in between the 2 main rooms. There is a W/C, a tub/shower and a sink with vanity.
The kitchen is just next to the entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and a toaster. There are plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
The location is near to the East River making it a good location to enjoy the parks along the river. The closest subway is the 4,5,6 trains at 86th and Lexington Avenue. There is a cross-town bus, which runs to in front of the apartment. It is about a 10-minute walk to the subway.
