I would like to say THANK YOU for making my stay in New York one of the greatest ones. The apartment that I stayed in was more than what I expected. Very comfortable, more like at home atmosphere. The landlord/owner of the vacation rental was very friendly and attentive to our needs.
Your company is on my list of good referrals. [My agent at New York Habitat] was awesome and very professional to work with. I am grateful to her that she went out of her way to meet and exceed my expectations. Here are our comments regarding the apartment we rented in May in Queens, New York! We'd be pleased to share our feeling with your (future) customers!
The vacation rental we rented was terrific! Located in Queens, it had all the needed accommodation for a couple and a child aged 2. It was half an hour from Manhattan using the metro but it was worth it. It was a quiet neighborhood which allowed good rest after our walks in busy downtown. New York Habitat demonstrated high level of professionalism. Everything was exactly as announced! No bad surprise. The owner [of the vacation rental] we met to get the key was a very welcoming lady who not only made us feeling home but was resourceful of tips and advice to get along with new habits during our stay. Thank you New York Habitat. We'll surely go back to New York and we'll surely rent a NY Habitat apartment! |

We loved our appartment. It was big, very comfortable, clean bed-linen and a lot of fresh towels.
The only thing we undervalued was the distance from Queens to Manhattan - so we travelled a lot (but we saw New York not like tourist, we felt like natives).
[The owner] was very friendly and co-operative.
If the length of your stay is over a week, NY Habitat is the best possibility to live in this city!!!
