Small studio in Midtown
|
This studio is located in midtown just 2 blocks south of Central Park. The building features a 23.5-hour doorman, laundry on the premises and an elevator.
The apartment is quite small, about 250 square feet in size. The main room is the living area. This room is fully furnished. Space will be provided in closets for storage of clothes. The room has a full sized pull out sofa. There are several tables that make up the work/dining area. The walls are lined with built-in cabinets that include spaces for kitchen equipment and electronics. There is a TV, VCR, DVD player.
The kitchen is quite small. It has an old fashion cast iron stove and small basin sink. There are two small euro style refrigerators provided in the living room. There is also a microwave, coffee maker and toaster in the living room. Though the kitchen is small it includes all of the tools of a chief.
The bathroom is next to the kitchen and also quite small. It has a tub/shower, w/c and sink with medicine cabinet. There is a small window in the bathroom.
The apartment is perfect for someone looking for a place to sleep in midtown. All of the midtown offices are convenient to the apartment and the Broadway, 8th, 7th, 6th and Lexington Avenue subways are all with in a 10-minute walk of the apartment. Shopping and restaurants are easily found in the neighborhood.
