This fully furnished studio loft for rent is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in New York City. It is in a former industrial building that has been converted into residential loft apartments. The alcove studio is located on the top floor of a 3-story walk-up building. There is a buzzer/intercom system for security. This loft has an open, eat-in kitchen that blends light wood with stainless steel appliances. It also includes a Viking stove, which is a professional stove usually found only in restaurants. The apartment boasts mainly brick walls that are decorated with original artwork. It also features an impressive stereo system with speakers mounted to the wall that can be used when plugged into an iPod. There is also an entertainment system near the king size bed. It offers a 42-inch flat screen television complete with satellite cable and DVD player. There is also air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet. Most of windows in the apartment contain patterned silver metal bars. Each one was custom-made for practical and decorative purposes lending an additional sense of modernity to both the exterior of the building and the interior as well. The three windows next to the dining table face north and offer views of the street and a church. The kitchen window and one bedroom window both have an eastern exposure that face nearby buildings. The other four windows in the bedroom area all face south and receive an abundant amount of sunlight. They view the backyard garden area. This loft is located in Williamsburg in Brooklyn. There is a convenient bodega located just steps away from the apartment located on South 3rd Street. Nearby there is a large pharmacy plus a grocery store three blocks away. Chinese restaurants, cafés, and a small kosher bakery offering great homemade pastries and breads can also be found in the neighborhood. The nearest subway station is just 2 blocks away from this vacation rental at Hewes Avenue (J/M/Z). PLEASE NOTE: There are two cats staying in the apartment and that you may need to feed them during the rental or allow someone into the apartment to take care of them daily.
