Studio in a large house in Brooklyn

This studio is located in the basement of a house in Brooklyn just a block from the Q train at Beverly Road. The apartment is one large open space, with a half wall divider between the kitchen area and the living room. The living room has a double size futon sofa bed, a TV with DVD player and cable access and several chairs. There is also a dresser for storage. The basic kitchen includes a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine. There is a sink but NO STOVE. There is a dining table for four in the kitchen area. The bathroom has a w/c, a sink with vanity and a shower. The owner allows access to the washer and dryer as well as the exercise room. There is also a garden/backyard, which is accessible during warmer weather. The train is less then 3 minutes from the apartment. The q train runs to Manhattan in about 20 minutes. The neighborhood is generally quiet except for the occasional passing train. The street is tree lined and includes many beautiful Victorian houses.
